Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of leadership.

• Valid driver’s license required; pesticide license/certification may be needed and company paid.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation and drive revenue growth through customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach the team to achieve high performance.
• Inspire service excellence and monitor P&L performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent across sales and service staff.
• Willing to relocate within the region after training.
