Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Springfield, IL to lead a high-performance team and grow a regional pest control business. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and apply business acumen to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

No industry experience is required to start; comprehensive training is provided. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), a company vehicle with gas card, paid vacation, and opportunities to relocate within the region after training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation and drive revenue growth.
• Develop leadership of others, provide coaching and training.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure retention.
• Inspire team performance and continual improvement.
• Manage revenue growth while balancing expenses and growth investments.
• Recruit, select and train staff across sales, service and customer service.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
