Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Indiana to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, field leadership, and operational excellence, with training and relocation opportunities within the region.

You will oversee recruitment, sales growth, and service delivery while upholding a strong service mindset and community involvement, supported by Orkin’s industry-leading training program.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching and training.
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset.
• Inspire the team to provide top-notch service and continually improve.
• Drive revenue growth and motivate the team with daily activity check-ins and accountability.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit and train staff across sales, service and customer service roles.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
