Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

• Lead the branch and drive revenue growth through delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach the team to provide top-tier service and growth.
• Engage in community service and represent the company in the market.
• Be willing to relocate within the region after training (6–9 months).
