Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team and achieve revenue growth with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will drive performance, manage growth initiatives, and foster an enthusiastic work culture across sales, service and operations.

Qualified candidates have sales experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain any required pesticide licenses. Training and relocation within the region are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance culture and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet financial goals.
• Cultivate an employee culture that motivates performance and growth.
• Contribute to community service and brand presence in the region.
• Guide the team in delivering top-notch service and customer retention.
• Oversee operations, including P&L considerations and growth investments.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales and service staff.
• Willing to relocate to open locations within the region after training.
