Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including evaluations and coaching.
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset.
• Inspire your team to deliver top‑notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and motivate the team while monitoring activity and results.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit and train staff across sales, service and customer service.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
