Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation after training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including evaluations and coaching.
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and balance expenses with P&L awareness.
• Recruiting and training across sales, service and customer staff across management.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of required training
