Job summary

Orkin Illinois seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and grow a trusted pest control business. You will drive revenue, exceed financial goals, and deliver top-notch service as you mentor staff and engage the community.

You’ll receive a competitive compensation package starting at $70,000–$85,000, a company vehicle, and industry-leading training. This role requires sales experience, a valid license, and willingness to relocate within the region after training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training completion.
• Develop leadership in others through coaching and evaluations.
• Deliver customer retention through superior service.
• Inspire the team to achieve top-notch service and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit, select and train staff across sales, service and customer service.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6–9 months of training.
