Regional Finance is hiring for an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will engage customers across channels, promote tailored financial solutions, and contribute to the growth of our omnichannel lender network.

Base pay starts at $19.00–$28.00/hour with potential monthly bonuses up to $1,200 and total compensation up to $72,640. This position focuses on team training, compliance, and customer-centric lending.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).
• Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle and offer tailored solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to inform lending decisions.
• Manage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
