Job summary

Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Assistant Manager role in San Antonio. You will drive loan sales, build relationships across the loan lifecycle, and mentor new team members. The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and customer-centric lending solutions.

Base pay starts at $19.00–$28.00 per hour with uncapped monthly bonus up to $1,200. This position includes health and retirement benefits and a structured path to Branch Manager through internal programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, arranging payments or extensions as needed.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they understand their options.
• Multitask effectively and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role.
