Job summary

Orkin seeks an inspirational Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional service. You will own the P&L, set goals, coach sales and service staff, and shape a winning culture across the branch.

With 3+ years of leadership in sales or operations and a valid driver's license, you will recruit and develop talent while aligning with Orkin's standards and the Rollins, Inc. network. A bachelor’s degree and Midwest relocation may be preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree (preferred).
• Sales & Operations leadership experience (advantageous).
• Experience in a route based service environment (helpful).
• Commercial sales experience (a plus).
• Ability to relocate within the Midwest after training.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability of sales and service teams.
• Deliver customer retention results through inspirational leadership and a focused team.
• Mentor and develop team members via evaluations, coaching and training.
• Manage Profit and Loss and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, select and train sales, service and customer staff.
