Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Brattleboro, VT. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program includes guidance, mentoring, and community outreach to build relationships essential to growing your own business. You will gain training across customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to eventually

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership or related activities.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Must be within 1 hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.
Must read, write, and understand English.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
Must be available to work ~46 hours per week.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
Receive guidance and mentoring through a structured Management Training program.
Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to run a future branch.
Develop community relationships and grow the business in assigned neighborhoods.
