Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn our business from day one at our Lake City or Live Oak offices and prepare to run your own branch.

Expect training, mentoring, and a clear path with promotion from within. The program covers customer service, sales, operations, and finance, with a culture focused on developing leaders and serving customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Average 47-hour work week.
• 12 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, or campus leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your branch.
• Learn and master business operations to eventually run your own branch.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills.
• Participate in community relations and relationship building.
