Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Burlington, VT. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a clear path to leadership, including learning sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with a goal of eventually running your own branch and developing a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service or leadership activities.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch and lead a team.
• Gain exposure to sales, customer service, finance and operations.
