Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in New Jersey. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle front-facing and operational responsibilities.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on training across sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and advancing within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Leadership experience from military, athletics, or community roles is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be able to commute within 1 hour to the listed NJ locations and be authorized to work in the US.
• Position requires ~46 hours per week and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on training in sales, customer service, finance, and operations.
