Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Enfield/Windsor, CT area. You will start as a MT, learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

You’ll work to become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert who can eventually run a branch. The program includes training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with the potential to develop leadership and business-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must relocate to CT or Western Massachusetts within 30 days of application or graduation.
