• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a local branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling operations.
• Master knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to prepare for running a branch.
• Receive mentoring and guidance in a hands-on learning environment and establish community relationships.
