The program includes training, mentoring, and a clear career path with promotion from within. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, at least one year in sales or service, and be able to work 46 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program, starting day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• Learn to manage, develop a team, and cultivate new business for future growth.
