Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and grow into a Branch Manager role. You'll go through 18–24 months of paid on-the-job training and then manage your own branch.

Promotions typically require relocation, for which a full relocation package is provided. You will help customers achieve financial goals, originate new loan business, and support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsabilités

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and improve credit/debt consolidation options.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
• Manage loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Assist in loan closings and processing insurance claims.
• Support relocation for promotion to Branch Manager and promote a positive customer experience.
