Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to start a paid 18–24 month training program and grow into a Branch Manager. You will learn branch operations, management, and customer-focused lending strategies while you actively help customers meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and improve credit behavior.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and risk analysis.
• Support recruitment, training, and development to meet sales goals.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
