Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to learn branch operations and management through an 18–24 month paid training program. You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending services, and assist with recruiting and training to meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and willingness to relocate for promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals through loan and product recommendations.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning; promote core values and customer experience.
• Support loan applications, risk analysis, credit decisions and loan closings.
