Qualifications

• Two+ years in retail or branch management preferred.
• Leadership experience with coaching and sales excellence.
• Reg CC and related operational knowledge exams required.

Responsibilities

• Lead telemarketing and follow-up sales to ensure high-quality product knowledge and service.
• Drive branch sales and support promotional activities from leadership.
• Call on existing and prospective clients to grow banking relationships.
