Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of a large banking office under the branch manager.
• Aim for personal sales goals and guide platform staff sales activities toward branch goals.
• Coach staff on retail incentives and business loans.
• Engage in business development and community involvement activities.
• Manage daily branch operations: overdraft management, vault, schedules, opening/closing, etc.
• Ensure adherence to audit/compliance requirements and customer service standards.
• Act as manager on duty when the Branch Manager is away.
