City National Bank in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager Branch II to lead a dynamic personal and business banking team. You will coach staff, drive client relationships, and align branch activities with risk, compliance and profitability targets.

Responsibilities include developing market strategy, coaching sales skills, and partnering across CNB to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining regulatory standards and strong credit quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge of GAAP required.
• Minimum 5 years of branch management or supervisory experience.
• Must be registered/licensed under the Safe Act and with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team and coach staff to deliver meaningful client interactions.
• Acquire and deepen client relationships and drive business development.
• Manage risk and compliance training and policies across the branch.
• Balance sales, profitability, and client service while maintaining credit quality.
• Partner with CNB ecosystem to meet client needs and promote solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience.
• Maintain strong banking acumen through ongoing training and development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
