Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Able to build and maintain relationships within the business community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly meetings with staff to discuss sales opportunities, goals, and operational issues.
• Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure the branch consistently meets its financial targets and growth of deposits.
• Ensure branch operations comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures; manage risk.
• Streamline branch operations to improve efficiency; implement best practices.
• Represent the bank as a community partner and participate in local events and activities.
• Collaborate with treasury management, mortgage officers, commercial lenders and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
