Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a branded sales process to achieve targets and grow revenue.

• Coach and develop branch team members to optimize performance and customer outcomes.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain talent while managing performance and ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee risk management and adherence to policies and procedures to protect the bank.
