Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Notary Public commissioned in the state.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch performance and builds a high performing team through coaching and development of branch staff.
• Leads an omni-channel client experience and resolves issues to improve customer financial well‑being.
• Drives branch sales targets and loyalty by acquiring customers and expanding share‑of‑wallet.
• Manages talent through coaching, onboarding and performance development of employees.
• Adheres to policies to manage operational, reputational and business risk.
