Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance.
• Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team through coaching and onboarding.
• Lead branded sales processes to hit targets and grow branch revenue from consumer and business clients.
• Coach staff in consultative selling to improve client financial well-being and cross-sell opportunities.
