OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for the Prescott Willow Creek Branch. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure policy compliance while delivering exceptional member service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Leadership experience within a financial institution required.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees cash flow and financial instruments per policies.
• Assesses risk of all transactions by branch staff.
• Directs and monitors credit and loan processes and policies.
• Establishes procedures for custody of assets and performance targets.
• Educates, promotes, and sells Credit Union products and services.
