OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II for its Tempe branch at 840 E Southern Ave, Suite 101. The role leads daily operations, drives sales and member service, coaches staff, and aligns branch performance with strategic goals.

You will supervise, hire, train, and develop a team while ensuring policy compliance and risk management. Collaboration with Commercial Loan Officers and Wealth Advisors supports growth and customer success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory/management experience.
• Leadership experience within a financial institution required.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Generous paid time off: paid holidays, floating holidays, personal days, vacation days, plus sick time.
• Target hiring range $84,149.19 - $105,186.49 (Depending on experience and prior to any incentives this position is eligible for)

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily branch operations, sales and member service while coaching and developing staff.
• Educates, promotes, and sells various Credit Union products and services to members.
• Leads branch team, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Completes data analyses and reports for financial status, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Interfaces with members to resolve issues and manage relationships.
• Collaborates with internal partners such as Commercial Loan Officers and Wealth Advisors.
