Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tucson, AZ seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team focused on Breakthrough Client Service and community leadership. You will drive growth by cultivating new relationships and expanding existing ones, while ensuring efficient branch operations and strict adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing P&L, monitoring audits, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver client solutions that align with Retail strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in banking/business or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of banking experience including consumer lending and business lending origination.
• 3 years of banking/retail management with team leadership and supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products and strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in consumer and small business lending.
• Portfolio management of deposits and loans.
• Community involvement and leadership.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking capacity.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service.
• Develop new relationships and grow existing ones to meet growth goals.
• Ensure branch operates efficiently within guidelines and manages P&L and expenses.
• Coach performance and manage staffing levels; maintain audit quality.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions aligned with strategy.
• Build strong relationships with consumers, public figures, businesses, and organizations in the community.
• Uphold core values in daily interactions with associates, customers, and shareholders.
