Job summary

Altabank, a Glacier Bank division, is seeking a Full-time Branch Trainer II for the Pleasant Grove Service Center. You will design and deliver training for Relationship Bankers, focusing on customer service, processes, and product knowledge. Travel locally to support branch training needs is required.

You will work with Operations Managers to identify gaps, update materials, and ensure training compliance with bank policies while upholding Altabank Core Values.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel locally 20–40 hours per week and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning programs for Relationship Bankers and related roles, in classroom and virtual settings.
• Deliver training, update materials, and assess effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to identify training needs and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain records and reporting of training activities and outcomes.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and model professional behavior.
