Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. through Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Full-time Retail Branch Manager I for the Heber, UT branch. You will lead retail banking strategy, supervise staff, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving branch sales goals.

You will coordinate with partners, manage direct reports, ensure policy compliance, and promote community involvement. Schedule is M-F 8:30-6 with emphasis on growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience or more.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch activities to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives.
• Reviews branch activity, deposits, accounts and audits; monitors performance and takes corrective action.
• Promotes a sales culture and coaches staff to refer bank products to meet goals.
• Manages succession planning and develops employees for career growth and diversity.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, risk management and regulations.
