Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Utah to lead a front-line team, deliver attentive service, and grow deposits and investments while upholding risk and controls. You will guide operations, coach staff, and represent our brand with hospitality at the community level.

This role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, coaching employees, and delivering cutting-edge financial solutions to clients while partnering with experts to meet complex needs.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
