Responsibilities

Create and execute an annual strategic plan to achieve sales and operating goals.
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Conduct interviews and hiring for branch staff with the ASM and Regional Manager.
Develop consumer and business relationships to grow market share.
Lead community involvement and Civista branding efforts.
Oversee branch operations and facility management.
Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell products.
Maintain communication with customers and internal partners.
Encourage use of technology in banking activities.
Oversee one or more branch locations.
