Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an Associate Branch Manager III to lead the Rancho Cucamonga branch team and deliver exceptional member experiences. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and requires coaching staff, scheduling, and strategic supervision to meet service goals.

You will drive branch performance, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive culture while building strong member relationships and delivering trusted financial solutions in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional member experience on platform and teller line; handle issues escalated by Member Service Specialists
• Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of Member Service Specialists
• Train and coach employees on operational and compliance requirements across the branch
• Create and maintain staff scheduling to meet service demands
• Assist Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to promote products and services
• Support HR processes for direct reports including appraisals and development plans
• Identify, investigate and respond to member concerns
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead service promotion activities and marketing efforts as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives
• Provide notary services as needed
• Maintain branch facility and appearance
