Qualifications

• Experience in managing branch operations, member service, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.
• Sales and business development experience with coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance and daily operations while delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Drive branch growth through loans, deposits, investments, and revenue.
• Develop small business relationships via community involvement, networking and events.
• Coach and motivate branch staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and development.
• Develop annual operating plan and budget for the branch.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain service quality.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to staff.
