Provident Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in San Francisco who will lead daily operations of a full-service branch, focusing on sales, service, staff development, and regulatory compliance. You will drive growth of deposits and loans while ensuring exceptional member experiences and risk management.

The successful candidate will coach and empower the branch team, monitor performance, and partner with Retail Banking leadership to align with strategic objectives.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of financial services experience in banking or credit union.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in a retail bank branch.
• Experience with Real Estate and Consumer Loans.
• Experience with business banking products and relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a branch team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to members and exceeding service goals.
• Ensure staff are trained, supervises operations, and maintains regulatory compliance.
• Grow deposits and loans by implementing branch tactics and local business development.
• Monitor branch performance, manage budget, and report financial metrics.
• Foster staff development through coaching, training, and succession planning.
