Reece Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Oklahoma branch in a hands-on, front-line management role. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver strong customer service while developing the team.

The position requires leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with a focus on growth and operational excellence.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.

• Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.

• Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
