Job summary

PNC’s Yardley, PA-based Octagon Center branch seeks a Business Center Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive branch performance, and deliver client-focused banking in an omnichannel setting.

You will drive revenue growth, manage risk, and develop talent while partnering with ecosystem partners to expand community banking and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, all within an inclusive, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No degree required; a comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
• Candidates must be eligible for Notary Public in applicable state or obtain notary credential as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch performance by planning and executing to drive revenue and customer loyalty in an omni-channel environment.
• Leads branded sales processes to achieve targets and expand share-of-wallet through business and consumer banking.
• Coaches teams to deliver differentiated client experiences and proactive financial guidance.
• Manages risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Develops and retains talent through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
