Job summary

SLFCU is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, branch performance, and member services at our Livermore location. You will lead staff, ensure compliance, and drive growth while maintaining SLFCU’s core values.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance evaluations, risk management, and collaboration with HR/OD to develop staff and meet branch goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years combined experience within a financial institution, supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff and coordinate HR-related activities to achieve branch goals.
• Oversee daily workflow of the department and ensure timely performance evaluations.
• Coach, mentor, and manage staff to deliver high-quality service and sales outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and internal controls to minimize risk.
• Drive branch growth by meeting KPIs and expanding community relationships.
