You will manage compliance, loan origination, and fraud support, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on process improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a supervisory role at a credit union, bank, or related field.
• Proven experience coaching and developing individuals and teams to success.
• Demonstrated business and community development experience including brand ambassadorship.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Staffing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for branch personnel.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service across member channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow credit union in the local market.
• Guide staff with professional communication and timely interactions with members.
