Job summary

Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union in Livermore, CA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a full-service branch, drive member service excellence, and lead staff in line with the Credit Union’s values.

You will manage branch performance against KPIs, coordinate with HR for staff development, ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC, and cultivate community relationships to grow deposits and membership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ combined experience within a financial institution, supervisory role, managerial role or related experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree equivalent, or more than 6 years of related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and IT familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff and develop service and sales skills to achieve branch goals.
• Oversee daily workflow and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high quality standards and timely communications.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures and security guidelines to minimize risk.
