Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, coach staff, and model service excellence. You will drive member satisfaction by delivering welcoming, solutions‑focused experiences and uphold our core values.

You will serve as a visible community ambassador, building relationships with local businesses and nonprofits, while ensuring compliance and strong cash controls. This role requires 3–5 years in a financial institution and 1–2 years supervisory

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Educational background in banking/finance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members and provide a seamless experience.
• Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
