Qualifications

• Three years of sales/customer service experience and/or training, banking sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Three years consumer and/or mortgage lending experience
• Effective selling and referral skills
• Three years branch operations/risk management experience
• At least one year of management/supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services
• NMLS registration or willingness to register upon hire
• L-License strongly preferred; Series 6 license a plus
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive Profitability: Lead, plan, and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and client loyalty. Grow branch revenue through consumer and business households.
• Networking: Lead internal and external partnerships to drive business banking results via business development and community involvement.
• Client Interactions: Ensure delivery of a differentiated client experience; coach team to engage with clients using technology-enabled interactions and solutions.
• Coaching/Managing: Acquire and retain talent through onboarding, coaching, and development; coach consultative selling to drive results.
• Compliance/Risk: Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies; exercise leadership to mitigate sales practice risk.
