Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• 1 year leadership experience or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead the branch as a business owner, driving performance and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, achieve sales goals, and measure results.
• Manage branch operations, deposits growth, and wealth referrals.
• Ensure compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
