Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology‑driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner, driving performance and profitability.
• Lead sales goals and monitor results for the team.
• Drive deposits growth and wealth management referrals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
• Deliver exceptional service and nurture client relationships.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of progressive banking experience

Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program completion
