Job summary

Woodforest National Bank seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations, sales, and customer experience at the High Point branch. You will own the branch P&L, drive deposits, and cultivate relationships with customers and partners.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes community engagement and a technology-forward banking approach to empower staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
