Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and attention to compliance standards
• Teller transactions, cash handling, balancing, ordering cash, vault activities, audits, and ATM servicing
• Follow branch security procedures and remain vigilant in protecting the bank, customers, and team members
• Provide warm, personalized interactions and explain banking products and digital solutions clearly
• Support local marketing efforts to drive branch traffic and community engagement
