Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years banking, sales, or customer service with leadership experience (or MIT program completion).
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years banking/sales/customer service may substitute.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.
